We are proud to bring you expert advice regarding the conditions of your skin, hair and nails. Our courteous staff will offer you unsurpassed professional service and will help guide you toward the best solution for your skin care needs.

Office Hours & Appointments
New patients are always welcome. Office visits are by appointment only. Patients are seen from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The office is closed for lunch between noon and 1 p.m.

Your First Visit
Please bring the following to your first visit:

• all insurance information, including your primary and secondary card(s) with group or plan numbers
• photo ID
• co-payment if required
• referral from your primary care provider if required
• list of all prescription and non-prescription medications you are currently using or have recently been taking

Prescriptions and Phone Calls
For your convenience, prescription refills can be called into your local pharmacy. Certain prescriptions require a visit with Dr. Chew before they are safely refilled.

Patient phone calls are returned the same day. Our office staff are highly trained to answer most questions.

Emergencies
We will make every effort to see emergencies in the office as soon as possible. If you have a medical emergency and the office is closed, call 911.
